DepthChart Recruit is a college recruiting dashboard for high school athletes. We receive forwarded recruiting emails, extract relevant information using AI, and display it in an organized dashboard so athletes and families can track the recruiting process. We are a tool — we do not guarantee any recruiting outcomes, offers, or results. The recruiting process is entirely between athletes, coaches, and schools.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DepthChart Recruit. Athletes between 13 and 17 years old must have a parent or guardian complete our consent process before accessing the dashboard. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete our parental consent process before accessing the dashboard. Access is granted upon completion of that consent.
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after your trial ends, you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. No refunds after the trial ends — please use the trial period to evaluate whether the service meets your needs.
You own your data. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@getdepthchart.com.
DepthChart Recruit is not responsible for recruiting outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information displayed in the dashboard. We display data extracted from your emails — accuracy depends on the quality and content of those emails. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Consultant and White Label partners must sign a separate agreement before accessing partner-level features. Partner agreements govern data handling for athletes under their organization. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of the platform is not permitted.
You may not use DepthChart Recruit to: send spam or unsolicited communications, attempt to access other athletes' data, reverse-engineer or copy the platform, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
